A2B Trip Planner Terms of Service

The service

A2B provides route planning, itinerary creation and travel planning tools, including trip cost estimates, travel inspiration and guides. A2B is currently free to use.

Your responsibilities

When using A2B you agree to:

• Provide accurate information where it is required, such as when creating an account.
• Use A2B lawfully and only for personal, non-commercial trip planning unless we agree otherwise.
• Not abuse, attack, overload, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.
• Not reverse engineer, scrape, copy or resell the service except where the law allows.

Travel information disclaimer

A2B provides travel information for convenience only. All figures are estimates based on our own data, your inputs and third-party sources, and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. This includes:

• Routes, distances and travel times
• Fuel and charging cost estimates
• Toll, vignette and road charge information
• Ferry and car-train routes, timings and prices
• Road restrictions and closures
• Low-emission and clean-air zones
• Opening times of attractions and businesses
• Any other third-party travel information, including AI-generated suggestions

These estimates are not guaranteed and are not a substitute for official sources. You remain responsible for checking important information before and during your journey, including road and border rules, vehicle requirements, crossing bookings and local regulations. Always follow road signs, the law and the directions of the authorities, and never use the app in a way that distracts you while driving.

Availability

We try to keep A2B running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time.

Accounts

You can use most of A2B without an account. If you create one to save trips, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the My trips page, or request deletion through our account deletion page.

Paid features

A2B does not currently offer paid features or subscriptions. If we introduce them in future, we will publish the relevant pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before you can buy anything, and any purchases made through Google Play will also be subject to Google Play's billing terms.

Intellectual property

A2B's original branding, software, design, content and functionality are owned by A2B or appropriately licensed third parties, except where otherwise stated. Maps and map data are provided by Google and OpenStreetMap contributors under their own terms.

Third-party services

A2B relies on third-party services such as Google Maps Platform, Google AI, OpenStreetMap and our hosting provider. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control, and links to third-party websites (such as ferry operators) are provided for convenience only.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, A2B is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on estimates or travel information, for indirect or consequential losses, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
